The staff were amazing and provided excellent customer service. The included breakfast was fantastic and we loved the option to have it in our villa. The location was perfect, with safe walking options and easy access to everything. a great experience!
Some of the staff had limited English skills, which became a bit frustrating. the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, particularly the floors.

I had an amazing experience at this private villa with a private swimming pool. The villa was superb and well-located, just 500m from the sea. The staff welcomed us with a small chocolate cake and congratulations on our recent wedding, which was such a thoughtful touch. The villa itself was spacious, with two bedrooms and a large swimming pool. The Wi-Fi was of the best quality we experienced during our trip. Renting a scooter allowed us to explore the surrounding area, and there was an additional large swimming pool on the property. The daily cleaning service was excellent, and we were well taken care of by the staff. I highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The master bedroom at Villa Berawa is absolutely amazing! It has its own cozy living area where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom is luxurious, and the posh bathtub is just heavenly. As someone who appreciates comfort and privacy, I couldn't have asked for a better room.
Personally, I found the bathtub a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference.

I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. Everything, from the rooms to the facilities, was top-notch. The three-bedroom villa we stayed in had a private garden and pool, and a spacious balcony where we could enjoy breakfasts and relax. The bedrooms were well-equipped with high-quality amenities, including TOTO shower facilities. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches such as a separate door from the shower room to the garden and bath salt provided. The staff went above and beyond in their service, ensuring our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. They even came to the villa every night to make sure there were no mosquitoes. The hotel also provided complimentary afternoon tea, delicious breakfast, shuttle buses to the beach, and bicycles for us to use. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely stunning. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was surrounded by beautiful traditional Balinese design and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The whole resort had a charming and comfortable feel, perfect for a senior like me. The general areas were very well-maintained and clean, and I found them to be very accessible for senior people. There were plenty of comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings, and the pathways were easily maneuverable with my walking cane.
The only thing I would ask for to make it an even better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive. Sometimes, I found it a bit challenging to get their attention or assistance when I needed it.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, a kitchen with an electric kettle and cookware, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a bar area. Staff even helped me find a place to exchange money. Can't wait to come back for a holiday!

The villas have great decoration and layout, free shuttle service, nearby Berawa beach, helpful staff, and good breakfast quantities. The room is extra large with a four poster bed, kitchenette, and beautiful pool view. The location is excellent - walking distance to the beach and Finn's Beach Club. Good value for money.
All was perfect.
